NOTICE TO BAYVIEW
SEWER CUSTOMERS
Let it be known that the new board has voted to terminate
the last remaining employee, who possesses current licenses to operate all
aspects of wastewater collection, treatment and land application as well as
water distribution. The BW & S board
has now contracted with a water management company who does not hold licenses to operate the wastewater
treatment site, and as such, this operation has been shut down months early and
all waste water is being diverted to the leach fields, intended only for winter
usage. The Department of Environmental
Quality intervened, since the district was out of compliance with
licensure requirements. (Research

A recent article highlights the LACK of wastewater
experience:
BW&S Under New Management
by Sheryl

Excerpt from
Sheryl'Puckett’s post
“Integrity Water Management, Inc is Bayview Water & Sewer’s new management company. Bob Kuchenski is the owner. This is
a big change for our community and I'm reminded of the quote, "I
welcome change as long as nothing changes."
Bob has lived
in Athol the past 18 years and has managed and operated water systems for 25
years. He also served as a Board member on the Green Valley Lake Mutual Water company for 8 years.
Integrity Water Management has three
employees, all licensed. They will serve our community 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, 365 days a year. And yes, they'll read our water meters. Integrity
currently serves 20 other water systems, some private, some really small and two that are close to (sic)
our the size of Bayview.”

My personal article titled "BW&S Under New Management" it was used erroneously in a deceptive act to misrepresent its contents. For one thing my article was not included in its entirety. Selective editing of this source betrays the senders bias and lack of integrity.
ReplyDeleteSecondly, the sentence prior to my article, "A recent article highlights the LACK of wastewater experience: is patently untrue. To use my article in such a way violates the Fair Use Doctrine of Copy Right Law.
